Cleaver Park is a sensitive refurbishment and extension of an early 20th-century villa within the Malone Conservation Area. The proposal reorganises the existing house to create generous contemporary living spaces, additional bedroom accommodation and improved servicing while respecting the scale and character of the original dwelling. Reclaimed brick and roof tiles help the new work blend with the existing fabric, while glazed brick and timber introduce a restrained contemporary contrast. Solar panels and an upgraded heating system improve the home’s energy performance.
