Mayfair Buildings is the sensitive change of use of a prominent Grade B1 listed building in the heart of Belfast city centre. The proposal adapts the existing upper-floor offices to create a new contemporary hostel while retaining and respecting the character of the historic building. The scheme introduces new guest accommodation and supporting facilities with minimal intervention to the external fabric, allowing the listed building to take on a viable new use while preserving its architectural presence within Arthur Square.
