Ravenhill Road transforms an underused commercial building into 14 contemporary apartments through the careful reuse of the existing structure. The proposal retains the majority of the building fabric, reducing demolition while introducing new homes within an established urban neighbourhood. Internal layouts are reorganised to create a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments, while new thermally efficient windows, cleaned brickwork and refined metal detailing refresh the external appearance and give the building a stronger residential identity.
