WAVERLEY DRIVE

This project which is currently on site is located within an area of townscape character in Ballyholme. The dwelling was constructed in 1925 consisting of a large 2 storey block with a large return. The brief sought to remove the return and provide kitchen / living space with bathroom and utility rooms on the ground floor. On the first floor a master bedroom was added with a new family bedroom. The main access through the building meant that an existing stair was removed to allow for a linear movement path through the living space and into the large rear garden. Large 7 meter doors allow for a 2/3 opening into the garden. The finish of the design is to be render painted to match with the existing building.
